There are few things we love more than seeing Corvette owners use their cars in a way that truly makes them happy. We can’t imagine any of the C6 Corvette ZR1 owners in the video below left the track in Houston, Texas, unhappy on the day the video was shot. The Corvette is so much more than just a drag strip machine. It can take on a twisty road course, too, or work as a daily driver. While these Corvettes have obviously had some aftermarket treatment to ensure they can hit these high speeds and times, even a stock C6 will have enough power to push you back in your seat.
With all the talk of the upcoming C8 Corvette, it can be easy to overlook all the good models from the past. It’s important as the C8 comes around and with it a new era for the brand, that we continue to love and enjoy all the Corvette generations that came before.
