It Looks Very Good
The National Corvette Museum, with some assistance from the Corvette Assembly Plant, was able to showcase one of the new colors for the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette. The museum was able to get a Red Mist Metallic Tintcoat car. It looks fantastic.
The 2021 test fleet cars have left the assembly plant despite the fact that not al 2020 model year cars have been produced yet. There’s a chance 2020 and 2021 cars will be produced at the plant at the same time.
Despite this, we can celebrate the fact that there will be two new colors for the 2021 model year. The new colors will be Silver Flare and Red Mist. The Nationa Corvette Musem was able to showcase the new red color in some images. Corvette Blogger reported that the RPO code for Red Mist Tintcoat is GPH and its GM name has been revealed as Tactical Pearl 1.
It is a color that will be exclusive to the C8 Corvette, so you won’t see it appearing on any other cars in the General Motors portfolio. This is good news and something that should make these cars a little bit more exclusive. What do you think about this new color?
