From 1955 to 1970, the small-block grew incrementally from 265; to 283; to 327, and finally to 350 cubic-inches. Horsepower went from 195 to 370 horsepower. From milk-toast-mild to screaming wild with the 1970 350 LT-1. The 350 L82 was the performance small-block from 1973 to 1980. The 1982 and 1984 used the 350 Cross Fire Injection.
