The 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 was a groundbreaking achievement, designed to elevate the Corvette brand in terms of power, track performance, and technology, marking the pinnacle of its 66-year production history. It also marked the end of the era of front-engine Hyper-Corvettes.
Beneath the hood, it boasted Chevrolet’s exclusive LT5 supercharged 6.2L V-8 engine, pushing the Corvette’s supercharging legacy further with an astounding 755 horsepower and 715 lb-ft of torque, setting a new Chevrolet production vehicle power record. The credit for this performance boost went to the more efficient inter-cooled supercharger system, which had 52 percent more displacement than the previous generation’s LT4 supercharger. The 2019 ZR1 also introduced GM’s dual-fuel-injection system, combining primary direct injection with supplemental port injection.
This 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Convertible, finished in Torch Red over red leather interior, is one of just 512 convertibles built, and is offered for sale in near-new condition with just 6019 miles on the odometer.
This unique 2019 Corvette ZR1 Convertible stands out with its rakish appeal, thanks to its front-engine layout. It is equipped with $17,505 worth of optional equipment, including the 3ZR Premium Equipment Group, Competition Sport Seats, 8-Speed Paddle Shift Automatic Transmission, Remote Vehicle Start, Custom Color Red Brake Calipers, Carbon Flash-Painted aluminum wheels, and Red Seat Belts.
Currently, this C7 Corvette ZR1 is up for auction on Sotheby’s Motorsport, with a clean title and Carfax Report. The sale includes both the original wheels and black Vossen wheels, along with factory accessories.
