Chevrolet introduced the 2016 Corvette Z06 C7.R Edition to celebrate Corvette Racing’s achievements, along with the C7.R models created by Pratt & Miller and Chevrolet. Only 650 units were made, with 500 designated for the U.S., each bearing a unique sequential serial number.
One of these, available on Bring A Trailer with 18,000 miles, features a striking Corvette Racing Yellow finish, a carbon-fiber ground effects package, an exposed carbon-fiber hood insert, and a bold exterior graphics package.
Every C7.R Edition comes with the high-powered Z06 package and a 6.2L supercharged V-8 engine delivering 650 horsepower, plus enhancements to suspension, brakes, aerodynamics, and wheels. The Z07 package adds further upgrades to the aero, brake, chassis, and tire setup, making this Corvette a true high-performance road car.
Inside, the Jet Black leather interior is detailed with suede microfiber accents on the instrument panel and doors, along with suede trim on the Competition sport seats, steering wheel, and shifter. Yellow contrast stitching, high-gloss carbon fiber trim, and Corvette Racing sill plates add to its exclusivity. The C7.R Edition also includes a special indoor car cover featuring C7.R graphics.
