Approximately two years ago, Emelia Hartford, an automotive YouTuber, amazed the world with the fastest C8 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, clocking a quarter mile time of 9:41. However, the record was later broken by FuelTech USA, and then again by another racer with a time of 9:36.
Despite her efforts, Emelia has been unable to break the record again and has not achieved a time below 9:50 seconds, but the twin-turbo C8 Corvette has undergone upgrades and improvements since then, making it a different animal altogether.
