The C6-generation Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 has been on the market for over 15 years, and it still stands out as an exceptional performer. To showcase the impressive speed of the C6 Corvette ZR1, Speed Labs by MotorEnvy on YouTube pitted a yellow model against a Lamborghini Huracan in three rolling races.
On paper, the C6 Corvette ZR1 boasts 638 horsepower and 604 ft-lbs of torque, with a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 and a six-speed manual transmission. The Lamborghini, on the other hand, features a naturally aspirated V10 with 602 horsepower and 413 ft-lbs of torque, setting up a potentially challenging match.
Despite the Huracan’s AWD advantage and the performance prowess of its dual-clutch transmission, the Corvette emerged victorious in all three rolling starts. This victory is especially impressive given the Huracan’s transmission performance, which we’ve seen in the incredible performance of the C8 Corvette.
