2019 marked the final year for the front-engine Corvette, and this version upheld the Corvette’s tradition of offering exceptional value, blistering performance, and solid reliability in a strikingly stylish design. This model features a dry-sump lubricated all-aluminum LT1 6.2L V-8 engine, delivering 455 HP and 460 lb-ft of torque.
With the Z51 Performance Package, these numbers increase to 460 HP and 465 lb-ft, complemented by an aggressive suspension tune, upgraded 4-wheel disc brakes with red calipers and slotted rotors, an electronic limited-slip differential, refined programming for the 8-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission, and a robust performance exhaust.
This 2019 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray convertible, used as a parade car for the 2019 Indianapolis 500, is finished in Long Beach Red Metallic Tintcoat with Indy 500 graphics and white dual racing stripes.
