The Z06 arrived for the 2006 model year as a homologation vehicle in the third quarter of 2005 and is the lightest of all Corvette models. The Z06 was equipped with the largest-displacement small-block engine ever produced, a new 7,011 cc (7.0 L; 427.8 cu in) V8 engine codenamed the LS7. The engine has a power output of 505 hp and 470 lb⋅ft of torque.
This 2008 Z06 has undergone custom painting and modifications, incorporating a Supervettes widebody kit. Additionally, it sports a rebuilt engine with forged internals, an MSD intake manifold, a Stage 3 camshaft package, Hinson motor mounts, a 103mm throttle body, American Racing headers, a Dewitt’s radiator, and various other enhancements.
Further enhancements include an APR Performance carbon fiber rear wing, a ZR1-style front splitter, a ZR6X rear diffuser, a ZR6X vented hood, a dual center pipe exhaust, clear LED taillights, an LED third brake light, black headlamp housings, green-painted brake calipers, aftermarket 20” Nutek forged wheels, an MGW shifter, a custom sound system, and LG Motorsports G2 coilovers and sway bars.
