The Callaway C16 is a limited-production, bespoke vehicle, positioned as an alternative to the Porsche 911 GT3, Lamborghini Murcielago, Ferrari F430, and 599 GTB. These cars are exceptionally fast, beautiful, and exclusive, with only a few produced each year.
Introduced in 2007, it is a fully customized variant based on the C6 Corvette and was available in three body styles: Cabrio, Coupe, and Speedster. All C16 models were sold directly by Callaway and came with a five-year/50,000-mile powertrain warranty.
Similar to the C12, the only parts from the original C6 that made it into the production C16 model were the roof panel, rear hatch, and rearview mirrors. Produced from 2008 to 2012, the C16 was renowned for its substantial power outputs—650 horsepower for the Coupe and Cabrio models, and 700 horsepower for the Speedster.
