Corvette Of The Day: 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Resto Mod

J&M Enterprizes in Brooksville, Florida, is renowned for its award-winning Corvette restorations and Resto Mod projects. One of their creations is this 1965 convertible that combines three generations of Corvettes, blending classic Sting Ray beauty with seventh-generation performance.

It features Street Shop’s mandrel-formed replacement chassis, C7 Corvette suspension, LS3 engine, and stylish modifications. The result is a perfectly stock-appearing mid-year Corvette Resto Mod, complete with black paint, Stinger hood, red stripe, side exhaust, and custom red interior. This impressive machine boasts enhanced handling with Detroit Speed rack-and-pinion steering, coilover shock absorbers, C7 Z06 brakes, and C6 Z06 wheels.

The LS376/525 engine, equipped with an aggressive ASA roller cam, delivers excellent throttle response and high RPM performance. With air conditioning, power windows, AM/FM radio, and tinted glass, this Resto Mod exemplifies J&M Enterprizes’ craftsmanship.
