Corvette Bargain Hunting: How Much Z06 Can You Get For $20,000?

CorvSport searched all our favorite sales sites and found five Z06s that can be scooped up for $20,000 or less, with our cheapest under $13,000!

Our top pick can be yours for only $12,995!

In today’s bizarre Corvette market, your first reaction and question may be, “Just how high will the miles be to get a nice Z06 for under $20,000?” Better yet, will it be a clean title? Today, we continue our Bargain Hunting series and searched all of our favorite sales platforms to find out exactly what caliber of Z06 one can buy with a $20,000 budget. Enthusiasts have always viewed the C5 Z06 as one of the best performance bangs for the buck. Does that still hold true in 2024?

Just how bizarre has the market been? Corvette prices have risen considerably since the eighth-generation model was released. I labeled the wild Corvette pricing and increased demand that began to creep into the market at the beginning of 2020 as the “Covid Phenomenon.” In short, a perfect storm occurred, with the revolutionary C8 creating unprecedented demand, in combination with lots of money being pumped into the system (leading to increased discretionary spending on toys), topped off with supply chain issues, which got so bad production for the C8 was halted.

But yes, there are still deals in the market, and our Bargain Hunting series will highlight cool Corvettes we see around the community. It’s time to check out today’s Z06s, which are available with a $20,000 budget!
