The Corvette C7.R was a grand tourer racing car conceived, designed and constructed by Pratt & Miller Engineering based on the C7 Corvette Stingray developed by Chevrolet. At its core is a 5.5 liter engine that produces 491 horsepower at 6,000 RPM. During its tenure, the Corvette Racing C7.R competed in the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in the GT Le Mans (GTLM) class and collected multiple wins.
This particular 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has been fitted with numerous GTLM-style cosmetic modifications that includes APR GTC 67-inch 3-D wing, ACS rear diffuser fins, a brake light blackout, a carbon-fibre rear spoiler, front carbon canards and an X-pipe exhaust. It is a road-legal tribute to the C7.R endurance racer and features a 460bhp 6.2-litre ‘LT1’ V8 engine.
