Bring a Trailer is currently offering a one-owner from new 1976 Chevrolet Corvette.
Finished in red, exterior features include a removable T-top roof panels, left-side mirror, pop-up headlights, bright rocker panels, and dual exhaust tips. Unfortunately, the paint has faded over time, and some red paint can also be seen on the chrome window trim.
The example sits on 15-inch steel Rally wheels wrapped with Michelin white-stripe tires. Brakes were rebuilt in December 2021.
Interior features include bucket seats wrapped in tan vinyl upholstery with matching center console and door panels. Comfort features include power windows, three-point seatbelts, and woodgrain trim. Unfortunately, the factory AM/FM radio and air conditioning are not in working condition.
The four-spoke steering wheel sits in front of a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer. Auxiliary gauges are placed in the center stack. There is a five-digit odometer showing 24k mileage.
Powering the example is a 350ci L48 V8 engine matched with a four-speed manual transmission that sends power to the rear wheels.
In preparation for the sale, an oil change was done on the example.
As of writing, the one-owner 1976 Chevrolet Corvette 4-speed has a bid of $7,777 with the auction ending in 7 days.
