Spotted in Wixom, MI

Recently, the YouTuber Peter Calcaterra visited a Cars and Coffee event at Lingenfelter Performance Engineering in Wixom, Michigan. After he left, he got a real treat. There was a C8 Corvette out testing. He managed to snag a pretty good video of the car on the road.

As you can expect, the sighting wasn’t a super long one. Most of the video that Peter shot is about the Cars and Coffee even, which as Corvette Blogger points out showcases some fantastic Corvettes, including Ken Lingenfelter’s personal Corvette ZR1. There’s also a 1967 Corvette Sting Ray Sport Coupe among several other beautiful cars. It looked like a good event.

The big and most interesting bit of car info that came from the event, though, wasn’t all of the great ones at the event, but rather the C8 Corvette seen after it. You get a good look at the car, and you also get to hear what is without a doubt a big 6.2-liter V8 that’s mid-mounted.

With the C8 Corvette’s official debut date looming, it’s nice to see Chevy is still out testing the cars. We’re looking forward to seeing all of the car’s details in July. The official reveal is just about a month away.
