The 2018 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 features an LT4 supercharged 6.2L V8 engine that was SAE-certified at 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. While this would be surpassed a year later by the 2019 Corvette ZR1, the 2018 Corvette Z06 was (up to that point in the brand’s history) the most powerful production Corvette ever built and made available to consumers in the open market.
