Be Ready to go to Houston
If you simply can’t wait for your C8 Corvette, then you should make your way to Houston, Texas, for the upcoming Mecum auction. The auction house will have a 2020 Corvette there at the sale that’s happening this weekend from December 3 to 5.
The car is a base model Stingray it does have the optional Z51 package, which adds performance brakes, upgraded suspension, performance exhaust, adjusted rear axle ration, a limited-slip differential, summer tires, better cooling system, and additional aero.
The car features bright red calipers and standard GT1 seats, a removable roof panel, 8-way power-adjustable driver and passenger seats, LED headlights, a remote start, rear parking sensors, and a 10-speaker Bose stereo system as well as all of the infotainment goodies found in the new C8.
Other 2020 Corvettes have pulled in $85,000 to $90,000 at the auction but it all depends on the buyers. Regardless, the car should fetch far more than its MSRP.
