Making the Corvette Look more Exotic
The C8 Corvette is an impressive supercar, and it’s a rather handsome design, but it’s not as wild as a Lamborghini or a Koenigsegg. Well, if you love the Corvette but you just think it needs to be a bit crazier, then you need to check out this body kit by Competition Carbon.
As Motor1 points out, there really haven’t been too many companies selling body kits for the C8. We have profiled a few, but we expected there would be more of them. That is likely down to the fact that the C8 Corvette’s production was disrupted due to COVID-19.
Regardless, the Competition Carbon body kit is wild. They’re still in the design phase, but they dramatically change the way the car looks giving it a futuristic style. The front end is the most impressive, but every inch of the car looks like it’s been adjusted. The company is also thinking of doing a roadster, spyder, and even speedster versions down the road.
In terms of performance, the engine and powertrain won’t change. That could be an upgrade down the road, but at the moment, this is all about how the car looks, and it’s pretty awesome. Even if it’s not your thing, you have to admit it is eye-catching.
