2007 Corvette Production Volumes

A total of 40,561 Corvettes rolled off the end of the assembly line for the 2007 production model year, the third year of the C6 generation Corvette. Production volumes grew a lot in 2007 (up from 34,021 units in 2006).

2007 Production Volume by Model Variant

Coupes still proved to be the most popular model ordered with 53% of total production and a total of 21,484 units made (up from 16,598 units in 2006). Convertibles made up 26.9% of the volume with 10,918 units produced in 2006 (down from 11,151 units in 2006). There were also 8,159 Z06 cars produced (up from 6,272 units in 2006), making up 20.1% of total production.

Below, we have broken out the 2007 Corvette production builds by RPO codes and options so you can see how popular or rare certain options were. The production volumes are broken out by domestic coupe and domestic convertible builds as well as Z06 options too.

Colorwise, Black was the most popular option in 2007, with Victory Red, Machine Silver and Monterey Red followed closely behind. Once again, most convertible buyers option for the Black convertible top with the power top option ticked. The dual power seats and memory package were once again the most popular option amongst buyers and 22,422 buyers opted for the six speed automatic transmission.
