Dubbed the “World’s greatest collector car auction,” Barrett-Jackson has been getting some heat from Mecum in recent years, going toe-to-toe with each other to determine who is the best venue for our beloved Corvette. As you may recall, Barrett-Jackson is notorious for their no-reserve auctions–that’s right, every single collector car that passes over their auction block hammers off to the highest bidder, no matter how much the seller wants or thinks it’s worth. On January 18-26, enthusiasts from around the globe huddled around their TVs and devices in anticipation of what Scottsdale would bring to the market in 2025. We’ll dive into Barrett-Jackson’s top Corvette sales next week, but today, we highlight the bargains that are often forgotten about as the bright lights shine on the big dogs–like the sale of VIN 001 for the 2025 ZR1 we featured here.
Now, without further ado, let’s go bargain hunting!
