The C6 Corvette ZR1 redefined performance with its 638 HP supercharged 6.2L LS9 V8 engine, achieving a top speed exceeding 200 MPH. General Motors ‘ most potent vehicle was equipped with active handling, speed-sensitive rack-and-pinion steering, and Brembo disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors. Production included 1,415 units in 2009 and 1,577 in 2010, the latter introducing the Performance Traction Management (PTM) system with five track-specific settings.
This 2010 ZR1, listed on Bring A Trailer, is one of only 694 finished in Velocity Yellow tint coat, the rarest paint color that year, representing 5.69% of production. Exterior highlights include 19″/20″ alloy wheels, Brembo ceramic-composite brakes, xenon headlights, an exposed carbon-fiber roof, a transparent engine cover, and polished quad exhaust tips.
The Titanium Gray leather interior features the $10,000 3ZR Premium Equipment Group, which adds heated, memory-equipped seats, a power-adjustable steering column, steering wheel audio controls, a Bose sound system, navigation, and a CD stereo.
The LS9 V8, paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, delivers 638 HP and 604 lb-ft of torque through a dry-sump lubrication system, making this ZR1 a true supercar.
