Corvette Of The Day: 2013 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport

The Grand Sport name has always been synonymous with exceptional engineering choices by Chevrolet, and its 2013 edition continues that legacy. This special nameplate has appeared on some of Corvette’s most iconic models, symbolizing the brand’s design and performance achievements.

The 2013 Grand Sport honored both the 50th anniversary of the 1963 racing package and Corvette’s 60th year of production. With sleek lines and performance-focused features, the 2013 model was built for the modern driver.

Powered by a naturally aspirated 6.2L/430 HP LS3 V-8 engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, power steering, and 4-wheel disc brakes, the car is capable of reaching nearly 200 MPH.

Interior comfort features  include ebony leather seats, cruise control, a tilt and telescopic steering column, dual-zone climate control, and keyless entry. Only 4,908 Grand Sport coupes were produced in 2013.
