In this AutoTopNL video, a modified 2000 C5 Corvette, equipped with an upgraded exhaust claiming an output of 344 hp, is showcased speeding down the German Autobahn. The exhaust produces a menacing sound – raspy and burbly, accompanied by pops, backfires, and even flames.
During the top speed run, the car reached 295 kph on the speedometer before the driver backs off. The digital readout on the left shows 277 kph, equivalent to 172 mph. These numbers are pretty good for a car with less than 400 hp, especially considering it’s 23 years old!
