FOR SALE: 2018 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Convertible Carbon 65 Edition

For the 2018 model year, the Chevrolet Corvette celebrated its 65th anniversary by introducing the Corvette Carbon 65 Edition which was available for the 2018 Grand Sport 3LT and Z06 3LZ models. The Corvette Carbon 65 Edition was limited to a total of just 650 numbered vehicles globally.

One of these cars is currently up for auction on Bring A Trailer and what makes this particular example even more special is that it has only 27 miles on the odometer!

All the Carbon 65 Edition cars shared the same Ceramic Matrix Gray finish, featuring Carbon 65 graphics and various carbon-fiber components, including a hood insert, front splitter, side skirts, and rear spoiler. Among these, this specific car is one of only around 17 convertible Z06 models equipped with the Z07 Ultimate Performance Package. The exterior also boasts a blue convertible soft top, xenon headlights, splitter end plates, front curb-view parking cameras, a vented carbon-fiber hood, fender graphics, a rear spoiler with an adjustable wickerbill, and quad exhaust outlets.

The vehicle rides on 19-inch front and 20-inch rear Z06 aluminum wheels finished in black, fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. It comes equipped with a Z07 suspension featuring Magnetic Ride Control, along with Performance Traction Management and an Active Handling System. Stopping power is assured by blue-finished Brembo brake calipers gripping drilled and ventilated carbon-ceramic rotors at each corner.

Inside the car, the heated and ventilated power-adjustable Competition Sport bucket seats are upholstered in Jet Black Nappa leather with microsuede inserts and blue stitching that extends to the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Interior features include a multifunction steering wheel wrapped in carbon-fiber and microsuede, complete with paddle shifters, carbon-fiber interior trim, a head-up display, a Bose sound system, keyless entry, Carbon 65 door sill plates, a performance data recorder, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation. A plaque on the center stack indicates that this particular car is #270 out of 650 units produced.

Powering the vehicle is a supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V8 engine, which comes equipped with a dry-sump oil system and a multi-mode exhaust. This engine was originally rated at 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. Transmitting power to the rear wheels is an eight-speed automatic gearbox paired with an electronic limited-slip differential.
