Corvette Of The Day: 2022 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Cunningham Le Mans 60th Anniversary Coupe

The Chevrolet Corvette is America’s premier sports car and it has been that way since it was first introduced in 1953. is considered by many to be the US’s premier sports car. Already on its eight-generation, the Corvette has enjoyed tremendous success and its latest iteration is proving to be quite popular among customers that the company is barely keeping up with the demand.

Despite GM’s best efforts to stop tuning companies from tinkering the C8 Corvette, we’ve seen some of the best ones come out from the aftermarket. One of them is the car featured here which is the 2022 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Cunningham Le Mans 60th Anniversary Coupe from Michigan-based GM tuning specialist, Lingenfelter Performance Engineering.

This is an attention grabbing C8 Corvette thanks to its white with blue stripes finish that pays homage to the 60th anniversary of Briggs Swift Cunningham’s class win for Chevrolet at Le Mans in 1960. Aside from the eye-catching livery, this car also comes with more power thanks to its modified 6.2-Liter V8 that’s been rated to produce 600 horsepower and 580 lb-ft of torque.
