Posted early this afternoon, YouTube user Drive 615 visited the Bowling Green assembly plant and got a close up look at a 2020 Corvette C8 Stingray in the rarely chosen Accelerate Yellow premium metallic color.
The yellow with black accents really does make the car pop a lot more, at least to us, than the “subtle” black, red, or blue color options. The black brake calipers are also a great touch, and the counter-color targa roof as well as the spoiler gives away that this specific car is more than likely an LT2 or LT3 spec convertible with the Z51 package.
The aluminum open spoke wheels are also very tastefully chosen. Whoever ordered this car knew exactly what they wanted, and we have to say that we agree with their choices. It makes it look aggressive and not at all subtle, yet still refined.
Drive 615 also managed to find the car doing its road portion of production testing on the interstate later on in the video, where it shows how easily and smoothly it just goes with the flow.
As production is now in full swing, we can’t wait to start seeing the videos and pictures of owners and their cars that are sure to flood the internet when March rolls around!
