As a 2014 GTR owner, I call foul. Obviously there was favor to the Corvette from the start. 2 different cars but the numbers don’t lie. And all the diatribe about electronics and the car being disconnected…again I cry foul. Having tracked my GTR (and I used to race professionally in IMSA), the car is more in tune with the driver than you give it credit…and yes, the rear end will step out. There are still 3 GTRs in the top ten at the Nurburgring going further back….Corvette..nope.
2 different types of cars but again, the numbers don’t lie…GTR for the win.
